This Digil is meant to draw the mind inward, away from distraction, away from chaos, toward the quiet place where awareness sharpens and power settles.
How to Use the Meditation Digil
Set the Meditation Digil as:

Your phone lock screen

Tablet or laptop wallpaper

A background on a device used during quiet time
Choose a placement where you’ll see it without effort.
Activation (First Use)
When you first begin using the Digil:

Sit comfortably
-
Look at the Digil for about 30-60 seconds
-
Take 3 slow breaths
-
Silently set the intention to use this symbol as a reminder to return to calm and awareness
During Meditation
You may use the Digil in two ways:

As a focal point
Gently rest your eyes on it while breathing slowly. -
As a transition cue
Look at the Digil, then close your eyes and begin your meditation.
If the mind wanders, you can briefly look at the Digil to help re-center.
Everyday Use
Outside of formal meditation, the Digil works as a pause signal.
When you need to calm down, de-stress, or to elevate your vibrations, look at the image of the Digil and do the following:

Take one slow breath

Relax your shoulders

Return attention to the present moment
The Meditation Digil helps by:
